Cape 39” long, neck, 19” in circumference.  Material is of 100% polyester.  Hem circumference is 187" for a cape with a flair.  Raised collar is sequined on one side, satin sheen on the other and stands at 5.5".   Entire cape is reversible, satin sheen on one side, matte finish on the other.
