Mermaid tails are made of satin polyester and poly stuffing.  All ties are from 48" to 54" in length, 1.5" wide.  
Measurements are organized: tail thickness @ tie by length from tie to tail including the thickness of the tie.  For 2 - 5 year olds. 3T - 4T
